Cats

Additional fees may be added to cover the costs of non-routine veterinary charges or shelter fees. Please inquire whether the animal you are interested in has additional fees associated with the adoption.

Cats available for adoption through PAWS for Life are mostly owner-donated, although we accept some strays. Foster parents care for our adoptable cats in homes, where they are socialized and loved. Prospective adopters must submit an Adoption Application.

Fees for adoptable cats are:

  • $35 if the cat needs to be spayed/neutered
  • $25 if the cat is already spayed/neutered
  • $15 if the cat is already spayed/neutered and is 6 yrs. and over
Fees include the following:
  • Spay/neuter (if not already spayed/neutered)
  • One vaccination
  • Rabies vaccination (if old enough)
  • Deworming (if needed)
  • Microchip
  • FELV test

Dogs

  • $55 if the dog needs to be spayed/neutered
  • $45 if the dog is already spayed/neutered
  • $25 if the dog is already spayed/neutered and is 6 yrs. old and over
